This policy explains how Sofa Arab Malaysia ("we") handles information when you browse sofaarab.my or contact us. We respect your privacy in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

This website has no forms, user accounts or online payments, and does not use advertising cookies. To understand how the website is used, we record anonymous visit statistics: pages viewed, approximate country and city (from the network), device and browser type, referring website, and clicks on the WhatsApp and phone buttons. We do not store IP addresses. The visitor identifier is a random hash that changes every day and cannot be used to identify you. Statistics are deleted after 13 months. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookie-free statistics tool.

Your language preference is stored in your own browser (localStorage) and is not sent to us.

When you contact us

If you contact us via WhatsApp or phone, we receive your phone number, display name and the content of your message. This is used only to answer your enquiry and provide a quote. WhatsApp is operated by a third party and is subject to its own privacy policy.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most web services, Cloudflare may process technical information such as IP addresses and browser type for security and performance purposes.
